An outdoor swing music concert and dance open to public. The music is live and there is a dance lesson at the start. You can come just for the music or you can bust out your own dancing. All of our events are permitted through NYC Parks and Recreation. Events are subject to cancellation due to weather.

Music and Dance Lessons will be provided by DJ SHUFFLEPUCK. Expect some special vintage 1940s style Big Band Swing, 1950s Rhythm & Blues, Jump Blues, all geared for the Swing Dancer in you!
Central Park Swings is an afternoon of music. Featuring Live Music and DJ’s that cater to Social Dancing. We play vintage and modern Swing, Jump Blues, Hot Jazz, Latin Cha Chas and more, Our Sunday events are held at King Jagiello Plaza. This stunning plaza in the round overlooks Turtle Pond and Belvedere Castle.
